New Server Name: Souhait

Reasons:

1. François du Souhait (between 1570 and 1580 - 1617, Nancy) was a French language author (translator, novelist, poet, satirist, moral philosopher) of the late 16th and early 17th century from the Duchy of Lorraine
2. Souhait ... (easy to remember(for some))e.g. Q: Oi you play GE? A: Yalor Q: Which server? A: Oh that sohai server lo... What is sohai?
   
3. souhait - wish in French.
4. souhait Correctly pronounced it sounds like suay, which is the fate of all IAH customers.
